Singapore Culinary Institute (SCI) offers training programmes under the Food and Beverage Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System. It is the first and only WSQ training institution in Singapore that specialises in Chinese cuisine.

The F&B WSQ system is a national continuing education and training framework. It makes skills upgrading more accessible and provides career progression pathways for our workforce. A high level of quality is assured as the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) accredits all training providers offering WSQ programmes.
